WASHINGTON, DC (March 18, 2026) – America’s Roundtable announced today the publication of a historic and commemorative book and online educational project recognizing the 250th anniversary of American independence.

Launching in the autumn of 2026, the book, published by America’s Roundtable in support of the Freedom 250 celebration, will reflect on the American Founding from the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776 through the nationwide 250th anniversary events taking place on July 4, 2026. It will chronicle the Republic’s 250-year story, featuring the nation’s influential leaders, historic events, ground-breaking moments, cultural milestones, and unique beauty. 

The book celebrates the enduring legacy of the nation’s founding generation and captures the sacrifices, struggles and triumphs of Americans over the nation’s 250-year history. The volume will feature essays written by respected historians and renowned authors including Dr. Ben Carson, Dr. Mark David Hall, Regent University, Chris Mitchell, CBN News Middle East Bureau Chief, Wilfred M. McClay, Hillsdale College, U.S. Ambassador Peter Hoekstra, Chairman Mike Bost, House Veterans Affairs Committee, Chairwoman Virginia Foxx, House Rules Committee, and Congressman Randy Fine as well as leading members of Congress, state governors, and influential Americans from key fields and industries. The book’s selected works will present inspiring stories of America’s founders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and leading figures from the fields of art, music and sports. Photographs of the country’s stunning landscape and iconic images will capture the beating heart of life in America.

The book chronicles the most consequential events of America’s 250-year history through essays and images. Noted historians will focus on the country’s ideals and how Americans have overcome challenges and charted new frontiers.

The powerful volume highlights American values molded through the significant influence of religious liberty, virtues of patriotism, and the ideals of freedom. It will remind readers of a nation’s youth embracing the worthy challenges of their time, defeating tyranny and liberating Asia and Europe during the 20th century. The pivotal role of American entrepreneurs and business leaders in fueling innovation, industrial growth, and economic opportunities will inform readers of the unique free enterprise system and the benefits of private philanthropy in the fields of scientific, technological, and medical discoveries.

The book offers readers a profound reflection of the nation’s heritage grounded in timeless principles. Foundational to the book is the contributing authors’ and writers’ belief in American exceptionalism and the Republic’s commitment to the rule of law, protection of private property, religious freedom, and individual liberty.

This story of America highlights the core principles that bind the nation together. Its insightful narratives speak to the uniqueness of the American Founding, the aspirations of a people cherishing freedom, and America’s positive contributions to people beyond its shores.

The launch of the 250th anniversary book publishing endeavor will be supported by a robust marketing campaign including an extensive country-wide book tour. Additional details will be announced as the semiquincentennial approaches.

US-Israel Leaders Summit in Washington DC to Commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of Israel and Strengthen the     US-Israel Partnership

The Event will Feature the Capitol Hill Premiere of “Upheaval: The Journey of  Menachem Begin” and Host a High-Level Reception — A Wine Tasting Event with Wines from The Psagot Winery in Israel

WASHINGTON, DC, June 4, 2023—International Leaders Summit (ILS), a US-based think tank, will host the historic  US-Israel Leaders Summit,  at the Cannon House Building on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC on June 5, 2023 to Commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of Israel and to strengthen the US-Israel Partnership on the cultural, economic, trade and security fronts. Partners of the event include Co-Host US Congressman Mike Bost (R-IL) and the Menachem Begin Heritage Center.

At the inaugural US-Israel Leaders Summit, the organizer will feature the Capitol Hill premiere of the documentary “Upheaval: The Journey of Menachem Begin.” A high-level reception will feature a wine tasting with wines from the Psagot Winery, an award-winning boutique winery in the hills of Jerusalem.
